A coaching session involves a coach asking question that bring out a person's strengths, uncover blind spots, and lead to goals and purpose. It is proven to help clarify goals, build confidence, and improve work-life balance. Usually, the person has a reason for coaching, such as life change, a promotion, or a desire to improve work-life balance or find purpose.
I coach women and groups of all levels of leadership. We focus on business and home life and how the two mix. I begin and end each session with prayer and often use the oldest book of wisdom around - the Bible - when needed.
Yes. I am a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team and a licensed marriage mediator with XO. While I do not coach couples, the lessons I have learned from my experience with XO helps me ask the right questions when it comes to relationships of all kinds.
Meeting via Zoom, we'll chat a bit to get to know each other. Then, I'll start with a brief prayer and then begin to ask questions to get to know you & your goals for coaching. Your answers will prompt other questions that will lead to discovering purpose & blindspots in your life. I have never left a coaching session without an ah-ha moment!
