Heavenly Father, in Philippians 4:6-7 Your word says
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
Then you will experience God’s peace,
which exceeds anything we can understand.
His peace will guard your hearts and minds
as you live in Christ Jesus.
Your word tells me in Romans 12:2 to
let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you,
which is good and pleasing and perfect.
You tell me in Philippians 4:8 to
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right,
and pure, and lovely, and admirable.
Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
And I believe what you said in Isaiah 26:3 that
You will keep in perfect peace
all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!
Heavenly Father,
today I will choose not to worry and, instead, trust You.
I will pray about everything and tell you what I need.
